MISSION
The Washington Psychiatric Society, an organization of medical
doctors, works to ensure access to humane care and effective
treatment for people with mental illnesses. We are the voice
and conscience of psychiatry in the National Capital Area,
and advocates for an environment where quality psychiatric
care is available for all who need it.
The Washington Psychiatric Society:
